Everest High Pass Trekking

The ambitious trekker’s intend on crossing high passes without the commitment to any technical climbing. Heading towards EverestEverest High Pass Trek is also known as Everest Transverse Trek, a magnificent trekking trail that takes you through to the three of the world’s most demanding pass Kongma La (5,535mCho La (5420m) and Renjo La (5,340m) along with classical route to make complete high-level circuit. Thus, Everest High Pass trek is an ultimate trekking in Everest region for true adventurers. The Everest High Passes Trek program obviously provides the opportunity to visit the Everest base camp, Kalapattar, Gokyo Valley and its serene Lakes, the best view point of Gokyo Ri and more especially introduces a route to the remote and untouched Nangpa La Valley, the Sherpa village of Marlung, the monastery village of Thame as well through other major remote Sherpa villages and valleys. Cho La Pass has become a commonly used pass, but Kongma La and Renjo La are less visited passes. Renjo La pass is much majestic than other passes as you can shoot pictures of north and south ridge of Mt. Everest from the top of Renjo La! Excite your wild imagination and give wings to your thoughts and feel this Gokyo village with a charming blue lakes, a huge glacier nearby, Chola Pass in the Lap of Everest and Mt Makalu including numerous other mountains at one go

The Everest High pass Trek begins with a brief exploration of the temples, shrines, bazaars and restaurants of Kathmandu. Landing at Tenzing-Hillary Airport at Lukla on the following day the trek is started along the classical route through Sagarmatha National Park playing with potent Dudh Koshi River, colorful landscapes, forests, villages, Gompas and monasteries in the land enclosed by the soaring peaks.  We leave the classical trail at Dingboche and proceed northwards to Chhukung. A day’s rest at Chhukung is used to visit Chukkhung RI to help acclimatize before attempting Kongma La Pass. Our trek to the view point of Kalapather is followed by the tough Climb through Cho La that finally takes us to the tranquil lakes at Gokyo valley. Here we explore the valley and climb Gokyo Ri to enjoy more excellent mountain views including another angle of Everest, and Cho Oyu on the Tibetan border to the north then bear west to scramble across the Renjo La, dramatically back-dropped by the Everest range, to enter the Bhote Kosi valley, where you walk along grazing pastures and a trading route used by yak trains from Tibet to Thame. Once we are here we follow the same route and drop down to Namche from there to as far as Lukla and then fly back to Kathmandu.

Everest High Pass Trek is an absolute reply to those who are on lookout for most adverse challenges and enjoy the most intrepid adventure. A difficult trekking destination yet can be achieved by physically fit individuals having previous trekking experience of scaling a towering altitude. Feel proud to be a part of this monumental trekking journey, one of its kind in the entire world and be thrilled forever.

Dhampus Peak Climbing

Dhampus Peak lies North-East of the big Dhaulagiri massif. It is in terms of climbing technicalities an easy mountain to ascent. The overwhelming altitude differences between the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges make Dhampus Peak a very exposed spot to observe the scenery from. Having Tukuche Peak (6920m) and Dhaulagiri (8167m) spectacularly near you, enjoy the feeling of being part of the extreme altitudes of the Himalayas. The biggest mountain range in the world with uninterrupted heights between seven and eight thousand meters, containing Annapurna -1, 2, 3 & 4, Annapurna-South, The Nilgiris and Tilicho Peak tower above the horizon in the South.

The 3500 meter ascent from Tukuche, where our climb starts, makes you feel having gone really high. The normal route to Dhampus Peak follows the west-ridge, which connects Dhampus Pass (5200m), where our highest camp is placed, with the summit. This expedition exceeds the 6000 meter frontier, no technical climbing skills are required. The use of crampons depends on snow conditions. This means any experience in walking on snow/ice is advisable.

Pisang Peak Climbing

We offer pisang peak , most technical and most challenging trekking peak of nepal. Seen from Pisang peak, the peak rises from yak pastures above the  pisang village in a uniform slope. The final summit is pyramid which is an undistinguished snow and ice slope. Looked at from above Ongre the peak is a little more interesting and can be seen as a curved ridge, with face above Pisang peak being the truncated southern end of the mountain. This is made up of steeply tilted rock, the dip slope of which faces the valley and is well seen in this peak and the great rock slabs further down the valley.

The Peak obviously has a lot of scope for exploration and pioneering. The whole of the western flank, which is guarded by a hanging glacier, would appear to offer a considerable challenge, whilst a traverse of the whole summit ridge which connects to a more northern summit before curving back west looks a superb possibility. Access to the western end of the ridge however, looks problematical as the ridge is guarded by huge rock slabs, a feature on this side of the valley.

Kangtega Expedition

The Snow Saddle - is another beautiful mountain, which rises majestically to a saddle shaped summit from the Khumbu and Hinku Valley and sits next to another prominent mountain Thamserku to the north. Our approach to this mountain is from the out side over the Tsetrawala pass and then through the Hinku glacier. We take about a week to reach the Kangteg base camp situated at the bottom of the Kangtega Ice-Fall, which resembles with the infamous Khumbu Ice Fall of Mt. Everest. setting up our base camp at 5,182m/17,000ft. Though an obvious route up the mountain would be to follow the Ice Fall, we have to go for the rock face leading to a ridge around 6,070m/19,909ft and rappel down for about 70 meters to reach at the top of the icefall to avoid possible Icefall.

Api Himal Expedition

Api Himal (7132m) is western Nepal's highest mountain. The area is remote and untouched. Very few tourists have visited the region. This is the country beyond, a wild and extremely beautiful mountain landscape full of exotic people, rapid rivers and pristine forest. This area is a very remote area with Virgin Nature, off beaten path, Mysterious culture and panoramic mountain view of Nandadevi, Rajramba, Api Himal, Kappa Chuli Peak and many more. There is also a lake called Kalidhunga, which is about 2 hrs by walking from base camp. This is one of the holy lakes of this area.

Deep in the heart of the Himalayas, nestled between the sweltering indian subcontinent and the frozen plains of the Tibetan plateau, Humla lies hidden in the far northwest corner of Nepal. Shadows of the towering Saipal range and sacred Takh and Changla Himals loom over this barren forgotten basin of he mighty Karnali River. It is an area of extreme geographical conditions with the elevation fluctuating between 1524 m to 7337 m, an approximate population of 45,000. the natives still speak an arnhaic dialect of Tibetan and Nepali languages. Summer in Humla is pleasant while the winter is harsh and cold, leaving the region isolated and mostly snowbound.
